Versatile and efficient in confined spaces without compromising performance.

The Compact Plus Primary Conveyor belt cleaner is designed for use on smaller conveyors where space is often restricted. The Compact Plus is suitable for use on conveyor belts that range from 200 to 1350mm wide, and where belt speed is low to moderate.
Features and Benefits
Blade Type
The modular blade design offers extended wear life and the ability to change blade order or material. Constant Angle Radial Pressure (CARP) blade profile ensures consistent and even blade-to-belt contact, providing practical and protective cleaning throughout the blade's life. Various urethane types allow the blades to conform to the belt profile and conditions. The patented "Keysafe" feature permits blades to be removed from outside the chute blade by blade, eliminating the risk potential from manual handling and confined space issues while servicing the cleaners. This reduces the time required for maintenance, minimizing valuable downtime. Urethane blade material safeguards the belt surface and splices from damage and is designed to fold back and pull through rather than damage the conveyor belt surface or splices if the belt reverses or experiences rollback. It effectively reduces the risk of conveyor belt damage or replacement and subsequent downtime for repairs or replacement.
Mainframe
The mainframe is available in two sturdy and corrosion-resistant materials: mild or stainless steel. This ensures its suitability for use in environments prone to corrosion.
Tensioning Devices
Several types of tensioning devices can be used to keep the blade and belt pressure consistent throughout the blade's lifespan. This ensures that the blade remains effective in cleaning while also reducing wear rates and removing any material that may pass between the belt and blade surface. Different tensioning devices are available and can be customised to suit the needs of each plant.
Our tensioning devices allow for blade adjustment while the conveyor is still running without the need to stop production. This allows for fine-tuning of the applied pressure from outside the chute, ensuring optimal cleaning performance.
