Product   > Belt Alignment

A conveyor belt ideally would be in good condition, and centrally loaded. The structure would be well maintained, and the belt would stay in perfect alignment and wouldn’t wander.

However this is not the reality, is most cases the belt wanders, which can cause material spillage, damage to the belt and conveyor structure.

Wandering (or mistracking) is the tendency of the belt centerline to move from the conveyor structures centerline.

Belt Tracking (or Training) is defined as the procedure to make the conveyor belt travel on the center line of the conveyor structure, in any condition.
